Cashback is based on the week's net losses — calculated on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses.
Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback at 1.1% is ৳220. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity and depth of engagement with the platform.
8 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
8.1 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Collecting bonuses from accounts of multiple members of the same household on the same device.
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using crickex long for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward other members or staff.
8.2 Consequences of Violations
